About the job
Leads the West region’s readiness team and customer launch process for Skydio’s dock business, from pre-sales readiness through deployment, training, go-live, and handoff.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage Readiness Specialists; set quality standards and allocate team capacity across regional accounts.
- Oversee readiness portfolios, resolve launch risks, and align readiness capacity with pipeline and strategic pursuits.
- Maintain readiness playbooks and gates, address recurring blockers, and represent customer needs to Product and Engineering.

- 5+ years of relevant customer-facing operations, deployment, implementation, or project delivery experience, including work with public safety customers.

USD $187,000 - $220,000 annual base salary
