Leads the SLED Majors West solutions engineering team, supporting complex public-sector drone programs from technical sales and site assessment through integration and deployment.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and retain the team; manage coverage, capacity, and technical quality.
- Lead technical strategy and escalations for major pursuits, deployments, proofs of concept, and customer integrations.
- Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering and develop reusable technical enablement assets.
