What you'll do
- Hire, coach, retain, and allocate work across the Solutions Engineering team while setting quality standards for technical materials and field work.
- Lead technical wins, escalations, proofs of concept, site assessments, and deployment strategies across major accounts.
- Represent customer needs to Product and Engineering, and partner with Sales on pipeline, account planning, and program expansion.
