Leads Skydio’s national SLED Top 1200 Solutions Engineering team, building repeatable technical sales, assessment, trial, integration, and deployment practices for public safety drone programs.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and manage team coverage and capacity while setting standards for technical work.
- Own technical wins, support critical pursuits and deployments, and partner with Sales on pipeline and account planning.
- Systematize assessments and proofs of concept, guide integrations and airspace strategy, and relay customer requirements to Product and Engineering.
