About the job
Develops, validates, and scales manufacturing processes for drone systems, guiding products from prototype builds through production launch and high-volume manufacturing.
What you'll do
- Lead new-product manufacturing activities, develop production plans and tooling strategies, and coordinate validation builds.
- Develop and validate assembly, integration, calibration, and testing processes; create manufacturing documentation and production tooling.
- Scale and optimize production, address quality and yield issues, and coordinate with design, quality, test, supply chain, suppliers, and production teams.
