Leads development and improvement of manufacturing processes for autonomous products, from new product introduction through high-volume production.
What you'll do
- Develop processes, line layouts, tooling, labor models, and ramp plans for new products.
- Analyze labor, capacity, line balance, OEE, and production metrics to improve throughput and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional improvement projects, troubleshoot production issues, and support scalable manufacturing.

- Hands-on experience with time studies using MOST, MODAPTS, PMTS, or traditional industrial engineering methods.
