About the job

Leads strategy and end-to-end delivery of Skydio’s dock and drone ecosystem products across hardware and software, initially focused on the X10 Dock.

Develop product visions, strategies, requirements, and roadmaps informed by customer discovery, ride-alongs, and analytics.
Partner with hardware, firmware, computer vision, AI, and machine learning teams to deliver products and improve reliability and customer experience.
Coordinate customer enablement and product launches with sales, customer success, and product marketing.

3-5+ years defining and delivering hardware products and associated end-to-end software experiences, with ownership of strategy, execution, and GTM.
Experience shipping robust hardware products in commercial, public safety, or defense markets, or explicit interest in serving those markets.
Strong systems thinking, written and oral communication, and ability to engage in technical architecture discussions with engineers.
Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science.

Experience with drones, robotics, autonomous systems, or products in demanding physical environments.
Experience with modular product ecosystems, remote fleet management, high-availability systems, or unattended operation at scale.

$196,000 - $240,000 USD annual base salary
