About the job
Own and evolve Skydio’s embedded hardware-in-the-loop system, including its Python test framework, CI integration, test stations, and devices.
What you'll do
- Set the architecture and roadmap for the HIL framework and its CI integration; maintain reliability as products and tests grow.
- Build test stations and fixtures, onboard products, and work with engineering teams to create automated validation tests.
- Triage failing runs, distinguish infrastructure issues from product regressions, and route bugs to the appropriate teams.

- Hands-on embedded Linux experience with flashing, bootloaders, recovery modes, serial consoles, and board debugging.

$190,000 - $250,000 USD annual base salary
