What you'll do
- Build talent pipelines and deliver strong candidate experiences for competitive technical searches.
- Advise hiring leaders on org design, headcount planning, and hiring strategy; lead executive recruiting from calibration through offer close.
- Improve hiring processes, champion structured and fair hiring, and mentor fellow recruiters.
