Project-manages customer readiness for Skydio dock programs, coordinating prerequisites from opportunity through deployment and handoff to Customer Success.
What you'll do
- Manage a regional portfolio, customer cadence, readiness records, risks, and launch schedules.
- Coordinate site surveys and technical and non-technical readiness with customer and internal stakeholders.
- Verify readiness gates, escalate blockers, and provide feedback to improve launch playbooks and products.
