About the job
Lead the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of customer-facing fleet management software and internal tools across the Skydio Cloud platform.
What you'll do
- Own the Fleet Management and Internal Tooling roadmap, including device health, administration, troubleshooting, support, service, and repair workflows.
- Define the end-to-end dock service experience, from issue detection and remote diagnosis through repair and closure.
- Prioritize and deliver product features with design, engineering, go-to-market, and other teams; engage users and drive launch and adoption.
