What you'll do
- Maintain corporate records, filings, licensing records, and organized legal and contract repositories.
- Draft and review routine legal documents under attorney direction and support transactions, IP matters, legal research, and outside counsel invoices.
- Build and improve legal processes, tools, and tracking systems, with limited administrative support for the General Counsel and CEO.
