Owns end-to-end procurement of aerospace parts, materials, and services, managing sourcing, supplier negotiations, and supplier performance while supporting production needs.
What you'll do
- Develop sourcing plans and lead negotiations and RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes, including supplier evaluation and award decisions.
- Manage supplier relationships and partner with engineering, operations, quality, and program management on commercial and technical requirements.
- Identify supply-chain risks, support production, and maintain procurement records in compliance with applicable regulations.

- 5+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or buying experience in a highly technical environment, focused on contract negotiation and supplier management.
- Experience sourcing in aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments, with working knowledge of FAR/DFARS/ITAR and AS9100.

- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; Oracle NetSuite is preferred.
Nice to have
- 7+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing, including direct sourcing of machined parts, castings, forgings, composites, or electronics.
- Experience negotiating Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) and complex supplier contracts; relevant certifications are also noted as a plus.
Pay
$90,000 - $120,000 USD base salary
