Build and lead the end-to-end servicing and collections operation for Slash’s unsecured commercial charge card, from launch execution through policies, controls, reporting, and servicer oversight.
What you'll do
- Develop servicing and collections policies for billing, payment failures, disputes, delinquency, workouts, charge-offs, recoveries, and credit reporting; lead customer outreach and complex case resolution.
- Maintain receivables-ledger integrity and define KPIs, operating queues, and management and Credit Committee reporting.
- Govern external servicers and build the servicing organization, including procedures, training, quality assurance, tooling, and staffing.

- 5+ years in commercial loan or card servicing, collections, recovery, or credit operations, including ownership of teams, policies, or vendors.
- Deep knowledge of payment operations, ACH returns, delinquency, workouts, settlements, charge-offs, recoveries, disputes, and complaints.
