About the job
Own and develop safety policies and operational processes for Ash, a mental-health wellness app, and work across teams to put those policies into product behavior and practice.
What you'll do
- Research emerging safety issues and develop clear policies informed by regulation, professional guidance, clinical practice, ethics, research, and expert input.
- Build processes for safety triage, investigation, escalation, and follow-through; translate findings into product and system improvements with cross-functional teams.
- Keep policies aligned with new laws and requirements, and communicate the company’s safety approach to internal and external audiences.
