Director, Integrity and Compliance

What you'll do

• Set the program’s global strategy and operating model, and supervise cross-functional compliance teams.
• Oversee compliance risk areas including anti-bribery, third-party risk, investigations, trade and sanctions, policy governance, and training.
• Report program risks and effectiveness to executives and governance forums, and advise business leaders on practical compliance measures.

What they ask for

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• 10+ years of experience in public company compliance, ideally with expertise in trade compliance, product safety compliance, legal, investigations, or related corporate risk functions.
• Demonstrated knowledge of core compliance topics, including anti-bribery and anti-corruption, third-party risk management, investigations, trade or sanctions, policy governance, records retention, corporate ethics, and enterprise compliance program design.
• Experience developing, leading, or substantially enhancing risk-based compliance programs in a global or multinational environment; experience managing cross-functional teams or complex compliance workstreams across multiple risk areas.

Nice to have

• Experience advising senior business leaders and Board members in technology, media, platform, or other global consumer-facing companies.
• Familiarity with established compliance frameworks, such as the U.S. Department of Justice’s Evaluation of Corporate Compliance Programs.

Pay

$303,000-$455,000 annually USD base salary; $288,000-$432,000 annually USD base salary; $258,000-$387,000 annually USD base salary
