What you'll do
- Oversee end-to-end regional payroll delivery, including calculations, payments, tax remittances, reconciliations, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, operational controls, and audit readiness; partner with Accounting, Treasury, People Tech, providers, and local advisors.
- Coach and develop the payroll team and lead process improvements, country implementations, migrations, and other cross-functional projects.
