About the job
Leads the Production Security team, setting technical direction and building and operating security platforms that protect Snap’s production infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Set strategy and a prioritized roadmap for production security across cloud, network perimeter, workload identity, secrets, and CI/CD.
- Oversee the reliability and operation of security services, including on-call health, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security reviews.
- Recruit, develop, and lead engineers while partnering across teams to embed security controls and guide responsible AI and LLM adoption.
