What you'll do
- Manage, mentor, hire, and retain backend engineers; set team strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals.
- Lead delivery of scalable services and major technical initiatives, evaluating technical tradeoffs and upholding code quality, security, and production standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Data Science, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.
