What you'll do
- Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts for headcount and operating expenses; maintain the personnel cost model.
- Partner with leaders on hiring and investment decisions, and analyze expense variances with Accounting.
- Manage vendor spend, procurement workflows, Ramp, and financial planning tools.
