Drafts and negotiates commercial contracts and helps improve contracting processes across Snorkel AI’s business teams.
What you'll do
- Draft, review, and negotiate vendor and customer agreements, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, order forms, and other commercial contracts.
- Advise cross-functional teams, manage contract volume and priorities, and identify matters requiring escalation.
- Improve contract templates, playbooks, workflows, and lifecycle processes.
