- Lead and develop the technical recruiting team and own recruiting strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, and hiring capacity.
- Partner with technical leaders and hiring teams to set hiring plans, improve assessment and candidate experience, and close candidates.
- Use recruiting metrics to identify bottlenecks, forecast outcomes, and improve recruiting performance.
