What you'll do
- Build project staffing plans and maintain a pre-vetted expert bench aligned with forecast demand.
- Match and allocate experts based on credentials, domain fit, and performance; track staffing outcomes and address gaps.
- Coordinate with Delivery, recruiting, Expert Experience, BPO partners, and analytics; create and automate SOPs.
