Advances the creation of high-quality data and agent environments for AI by building scalable pipelines that combine real-world data, automated generation, and expert input.
What you'll do
- Design and optimize reusable pipelines for data and agent environment creation, and rigorously evaluate their effects on quality, efficiency, and model performance.
- Partner with engineering, data operations, domain experts, and customers to turn research prototypes into production workflows and develop expert authoring and review processes.
- Communicate and share research findings through roadmap contributions, publications, blog posts, conference talks, and customer engagements.
Nice to have
- Research background in AI, machine learning, NLP, LLMs, or related fields, including developing and evaluating methods.
- Experience with agent environments, synthetic data generation, human-in-the-loop workflows, reinforcement learning, or model evaluation.

$200,000 — $375,000 USD (base salary)
