Build and lead Snorkel AI’s corporate legal function, handling corporate transactions, governance, equity, entity management, and international expansion.
What you'll do
- Lead financings, secondary transactions, M&A, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions from structuring through closing.
- Advise on Board matters, fundraising, investor diligence, equity administration, corporate governance, and entity compliance.
- Lead international corporate legal workstreams and build scalable processes while managing outside counsel.
