What you'll do
- Own business operating cadences, planning cycles, reviews, goals, metrics, and leadership reporting.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end and diagnose performance issues involving capacity, quality, throughput, customer outcomes, and cost.
- Improve operational processes, surface execution risks, and turn strategic priorities into measurable plans.
