Own Snorkel’s Agentic Data and RL Environments product strategy and roadmap, shaping datasets and data products in collaboration with research, academic partners, GTM, and operations.
What you'll do
- Set the roadmap for Agentic and RL Environment data products and define dataset skills and capabilities with cross-functional partners.
- Develop new data product areas and partner with academic researchers and research leaders to strengthen Snorkel’s market position.
- Create product frameworks and use market and stakeholder input to influence data and business strategy.
What they ask for
- Experience shaping technical roadmaps and working with researchers; comfort with ambiguity, multiple stakeholder types, and fast-paced 0→1 product work.
- AI/ML fluency, especially in frontier agentic workflows and RL environments; working knowledge of LLM post-training methods and agentic evaluations.
- Demonstrated ownership of a technical product where data was the deliverable, plus experience building product frameworks and operating across research, GTM, and operations.
- Strong customer-facing, quantitative, technical, and writing skills, including roadmap ownership and the ability to engage technical buyers and research stakeholders.

- Experience at an AI data/environments company or in a frontier lab’s data, post-training, or evaluations organization; experience building RL environments or agentic coding/computer-use data.

$260,000 — $300,000 USD (base salary)
