Owns the roadmap and delivery of internal infrastructure, data platform, developer experience, and security systems used across Snorkel AI.
What you'll do
- Set priorities and quarterly roadmaps across Core Services, Developer Experience, and Security; coordinate trade-offs, dependencies, and delivery.
- Translate business, customer compliance, and security needs into infrastructure requirements; drive adoption of shared services and cross-pod initiatives.
- Track platform and delivery metrics, report status and risks to VP-level leadership, and lead infrastructure cost and efficiency work.
