What you'll do
- Own portfolio delivery, pod margin, operating economics, workforce planning, and quality.
- Translate domain strategy into an executable roadmap; align GTM, Product, Research, Engineering, Delivery, and Expert AI Supply.
- Manage and grow Strategic Project Leads and build operating rhythms, playbooks, and systemic process improvements.
