What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership across the Postgres dataplane and managed-service orchestration/control plane, including availability, upgrades, backups, scaling, automation, and operational safety.
- Set and deliver the roadmap, align stakeholders, and balance long-term architecture with immediate business needs.
- Ensure production services meet customer commitments for durability, availability, performance, and security.
