What you'll do
- Coach managers and advise leaders on performance, talent decisions, team effectiveness, and employee situations.
- Support performance reviews, calibrations, promotions, compensation cycles, succession planning, and retention.
- Use people data, Workday reporting, and AI tools to identify issues and improve outcomes; partner with People teams and COEs.
