Senior Director, WW Deal Desk

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a global Deal Desk team; advise Sales on deal structure, pricing, discounting, and negotiation.
• Own deal review, approval governance, policies, processes, and executive reporting on deal performance and risk.
• Lead AI adoption and workflow automation for deal structuring, pricing, contract review, approvals, and risk scoring.

What they ask for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience across deal desk, procurement, sales finance, commercial finance, pricing, contract negotiation or sales operations, including significant time leading global teams.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex enterprise contracts; ability to interpret and draft commercial terms and conditions.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and US GAAP; demonstrated AI proficiency applying generative AI, LLM-based tools or automation to finance, sales operations or deal workflows.

Nice to have

• Track record designing and rolling out complex finance systems and tools (for example CPQ, CLM, CRM).
• Experience leading AI or automation programs with measurable results; familiarity with data platforms and analytics; MBA or equivalent work experience.
