Designs and governs scalable enterprise observability architectures on Observe, guiding implementation teams from technical discovery through go-live and complex migrations.
What you'll do
- Assess customer environments and design Observe architectures, including telemetry pipelines, data models, alerting, and retention.
- Create architecture blueprints and handoff materials; support implementation teams and conduct go-live reviews.
- Develop reusable standards and demo environments, mentor implementation engineers, and share field insights with Product and Engineering.
