Sr. Manager, Technical Delivery

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop Solutions Architects and Consultants, and participate in candidate screening and interviews.
• Oversee delivery quality and complex migration and AI/GenAI solution design, implementation, and deployment.
• Lead project scoping, code assessments, service pricing, statements of work, and customer guidance on productionizing AI and GenAI use cases.

What they ask for

• At least 10 years in a customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
• At least 5 years of people management experience and at least 5 years selling professional services, including scoping large projects and writing statements of work.
• Proven experience guiding enterprise customers on data strategies for building, deploying, and operationalizing GenAI engagements.
• University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale databases, non-relational data platforms, data integration and transformation tools, and BI tools.
• Experience selling data or analytics software to enterprise customers; scripting experience with Python, Ruby, Perl, or Bash.
