Serve as the strategic HR partner to Snyk’s global GTM organization, advising leaders on people strategy and organizational growth while coaching managers and handling employee matters.
What you'll do
- Advise senior GTM leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, restructuring, and people strategy.
- Lead sensitive employee relations matters and coach managers on performance, team building, and difficult conversations.
- Use workforce analytics and partner on talent programs, including talent calibration, compensation reviews, performance cycles, hiring, and succession planning.
