GTM Business Applications Director

What you'll do

• Own the GTM applications roadmap, prioritization, delivery planning, investment plan, and business reviews.
• Partner with GTM leaders and technology teams to define requirements, coordinate solution delivery, and ensure adoption, readiness, and measurable outcomes.
• Develop the applications capability and coordinate teams, vendors, integrations, data, access controls, and application lifecycle decisions.

What they ask for

• Typically 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in business applications, GTM systems, or related functions, including 5+ years leading teams and cross-functional technology portfolios, or equivalent demonstrated experience at this scope.
• Demonstrated success aligning senior leaders, resolving competing priorities, and delivering business change in a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end GTM processes and the operational needs of a SaaS business.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and adjacent platforms across marketing automation, partner management, customer success, CPQ, and integration.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting new products, commercial models, or acquisitions.
• Relevant Salesforce or other enterprise-platform certifications.

$176K – $220K USD base salary
