About the job
Own end-to-end data science for workforce identity and hiring-fraud detection in RiskOS, developing analytics, rules, machine-learning models, and GenAI features.
What you'll do
- Analyze workforce and related data to identify fraud patterns and develop detection rules and models.
- Develop and evaluate GenAI components, including resume verification and explanation tools.
- Partner with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deploy, monitor, and improve solutions.
