What you'll do
- Set the Crypto Pod’s strategy, lead and develop Solution Consultants, and coordinate hiring and team performance.
- Guide technical strategy and operations for strategic accounts, including customer implementation and ongoing technical needs.
- Partner cross-functionally on sales and product initiatives, and manage playbooks, performance standards, and product enhancement requests.
