What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end platform implementation, including solution architecture, configuration, and client-specific deployment.
- Configure AI-enabled decisioning, automated workflows, and integrations; troubleshoot data pipeline, API, and model-response issues.
- Train clients, develop implementation resources, and relay client feedback to internal product and engineering teams.
