Own and improve the systems, integrations, workflows, and reporting that support product planning, engineering delivery, and portfolio management.
What you'll do
- Administer and govern Jira, Aha!, and related platforms, including configurations, security, integrations, and data quality.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and IT to translate operating needs into scalable systems and improve planning and delivery processes.
- Implement integrations and platform changes, and develop reliable reporting, documentation, training, and support.
