Senior Manager, Faclities

What you'll do

• Lead the San Francisco office buildout and oversee daily operations, including services, maintenance, supplies, access, and safety.
• Manage satellite office operations, workplace capacity, employee programming, and office transitions.
• Develop facilities processes, staffing and vendor models, budgets, and forecasts in partnership with cross-functional teams.

What they ask for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant facilities or workplace operations experience, including office buildouts, moves, and multi-site operations.
• Experience leading teams, managing vendors, and establishing scalable processes and service standards.
• Strong project management and budgeting skills; experience managing office access, building services, maintenance, and workplace safety.

Pay

USD $150K – $176.2K base salary
