About the job
Serves as the technical and strategic advisor to prospective payments customers, guiding them through sales evaluations and toward adoption of Socure’s identity and fraud solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead discovery, solution design, technical workshops, proof-of-concept design, and product demonstrations during the sales cycle.
- Map client needs to Socure’s solutions and coordinate with Sales, Product, Data Science, and other teams on technical feasibility and client goals.
- Share market insights with Product and Engineering, contribute to thought leadership, and mentor junior Solution Consultants.
