Leads the Workday engineering team and oversees the architecture, delivery, and support of integrations across HR, payroll, finance, and enterprise platforms.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor engineers responsible for the Workday platform and set technical roadmaps and architecture standards.
- Design and maintain secure, resilient integrations, while establishing engineering practices for testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Manage incidents, release testing, vendor relationships, and cross-functional delivery with People Operations, Finance, Security, and other teams.
