Manages a team of Investment Specialists and oversees daily operations, process improvements, and member service for SoFi Invest.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, coach, develop, and manage the performance of investment specialists, including licensed individual contributors.
- Monitor service levels, workload, schedules, and daily operations; maintain compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Identify process and system improvements, resolve escalated issues, and work cross-functionally to implement solutions.
