Supports SoFi’s Litigation and Arbitration group by managing service-of-process intake, subpoena compliance, and related legal matters.
What you'll do
- Oversee intake, tracking, and administration of services of process, including threatened or filed matters.
- Handle subpoena compliance and legal correspondence, ensuring timely responses to complaints and subpoenas.
- Maintain service-of-process records and task management data, and support legal workflow improvements.
