Guide members through the mortgage origination process, from initial application review through closing and funding, while managing leads and delivering a consultative customer experience.
What you'll do
- Review applications and supporting documents to assess creditworthiness, income, assets, and preliminary eligibility.
- Explain timelines, products, pricing, requirements, status updates, and decisions; follow up to collect documentation and move loans forward.
- Coordinate with third parties and manage disclosures and closing documents while meeting funding, quality, and compliance goals.
