About the job
Build and lead SoFi’s enterprise Learning and Development function, creating its strategy, operating model, learning technology foundations, and employee development programs.
What you'll do
- Establish enterprise learning strategy, frameworks, governance, and decision rights for a federated learning ecosystem.
- Partner with business and People leaders to identify capability needs and create scalable learning pathways and performance enablement solutions.
- Own the enterprise LMS strategy, including replatforming, vendor coordination, analytics, and platform improvements.
