What you'll do
- Lead global compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job architecture, and annual cash and equity guidelines.
- Model compensation budgets and equity impacts, and partner with Finance on stock-based compensation forecasting and analysis.
- Support executive compensation programs, Compensation Committee and Board materials, and proxy disclosures.
