Investigate patient safety concerns, complaints, and conduct reports, and help identify and reduce risks to the patient and advocate experience.
What you'll do
- Investigate and resolve complaints and escalations, coordinating urgent responses and documenting findings.
- Review conduct reports and monitor feedback and operational signals for emerging risks and recurring issues.
- Partner with QA and cross-functional teams on mitigations, reporting, playbooks, policies, and response protocols.
