Lead patent litigation capability and help shape Charts, Solve Intelligence’s patent litigation product, by translating litigation expertise into platform features and workflows.
What you'll do
- Conduct infringement and validity analyses, advise on litigation risk, and develop strategic client recommendations.
- Work with engineering and AI teams to shape litigation workflows in Charts and translate litigation expertise into product features.
- Support patent prosecution-to-litigation handoffs across the IP lifecycle.
